Zhejiang Datai New Energy Co.,Ltd.(formerly Taizhou Datai Machinery &Electrical Co., Ltd.) is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, a city with developed economy and convenient transportation that is adjacent to Ningbo Port and Haimen Port in the east and Huangyan Civil Airport in the south, No. 104 National Highway and Ningbo-Hangzhou-Wenzhou Expressway in the north. Taizhou has very convenient water, land and air transportation and beautiful landscape. The company is staffed with more than 300 employees.

Our company is an electromechanical manufacturer that is specialized in manufacturing and R&D of high-power DC permanent magnet motors, six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors, (modular) controllers and variable-speed rear axles. The products are widely applied in electric tricycles, electric buses, electric sanitation trucks, electric sightseeing or patrol vehicles, low-speed four-wheel electric vehicles, electric street sweepers and electric forklifts.

The company adheres to the business philosophy of "scientific and technological innovation and quality above all", and always focuses on product design, research and development that are supported by powerful technological development teams. We have experienced the three development stages of domestic high-power electric tricycles from the earliest DC permanent magnet motors and controllers to the constant speed rear axle drive assembly, to the two-gear rear axle drive assembly, and to the current six-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (modular) control system assembly. More than ten years of efforts have witnessed the significant change that DATAI brought to the industry through its R&D and technical innovation of power system. The company has been included in the first batch of “Gazelle Enterprises” in Taizhou City, and entitled the “High-tech Enterprise in Taizhou City”, “Top 100 Enterprises in Huangyan District” and “Work Safety Standardization Enterprise”. We possess 4 invention patents, 9 national utility model patents, and 4 appearance patents. 2005

Taizhou Datai Machinery &Electrical Co., Ltd. was founded, and the first brushless DC permanent magnet motor was launched.

2006

Obtained 3C certification.

2007

Applied for a number of utility model invention patents.

2008

Set up a number of offices in China and expended the domestic market.

2009

Won the "AAA Enterprise with Good Quality and High User Satisfaction".

2010

Established strategic partnership with Dayang Motorcycle.

2011

Established the high-efficiency motor R&D program, which will promote the transformation and upgrading of motor industry.

2012

Successfully developed a number of drive motors and rear axles, and successfully launched them to the domestic market.

2013

Put the first variable-speed rear axle of DATAI into production and sales after more than a year of research and development, which won high praise from many domestic customers.In June of the same year. Successfully entered the international market. Sold products to the United States, Bangladesh, India, South Korea, Nepal and other countries.

2014

Successfully developed DATAI's first high-efficiency motor. Planned to put it into the market within two years.

2015

Put DATAI’s heavy-duty vehicle variable-speed rear axle into production. This rear axle is applicable to sanitation vehicles, mine cars, electric trucks, etc.

2016

Listed into “Small and Medium-sized Enterprises of Zhejiang”. Listed into “Taizhou Municipal High-tech Enterprises”.

2017

2018

2019
